I am a Pro-Choice Republican. Our Washington State laws on abortion are rooted in our common law traditions and should be protected.
I am a strong advocate for the right to choose or refuse any medical procedure including medical masks and vaccination. I support parental rights in making medical decisions for their minor children.

Let’s keep what’s cool about Seattle. We’ve been tearing down our heritage to build towering stacks of apartments. Rent has not dropped despite increasing supply. We cannot build our way out of this affordability crisis when the root cause is a population overburdened with public and private debt.
We need to relieve our debt load to reset our housing market and truly solve this affordability crisis. Debt is affecting people from all backgrounds and ethnic communities. It prevents people from participating in the economy and limits their ability to open a business, raise children, travel or enjoy life. Our taxpayer dollars have been used for corporate welfare, bank bailouts, and pandemic relief. Instead of spending billions on public, dormitory-style, housing, let’s put gears in motion to relieve the debt load on our tax-paying, working class population.
To start, we de-stigmatize bankruptcy to help clear personal debt. I will advocate for state and federal assistance to clear or reduce student loans, mortgages, and other loans not subject to relief through bankruptcy. Sweeping debt remission is a historical practice used to reset a nation’s economy periodically or after a significant event. Income freed from debt service stays in the local economy, can be used to open businesses, and allows culture and arts to flourish.
Collectively we can reboot our economy and put an end to the legacy of debt we are passing on to the next generation. It’s time we address our debts, and I will dedicate my time in office to finding solutions.
Washington State has built a model of public support. I intend to maintain it and make it better with benefits that continue as someone works their way out of poverty, not cut off well before they are self-supportive. Let’s encourage savings, help families to stay together, and support pregnant mothers. Let’s use public funds to support youth entering the trades, and job skills for all those seeking to re-enter the workforce.
These four years have seen unprecedented government overreach. The success of recent conservative initiatives shows that people are FED UP.
We’ve seen power creep higher up the power chain, and it’s time to bring it back to the people. Local governments and local school boards should be making the decisions that affect their residents.
I’m against traffic cameras and excessive tolls. I support tax relief at all levels. Washingtonians have spoken time and again that we will not have a state income tax, by any name, and I will fight to honor that. Let’s use existing tax revenues wisely so we do not need to raise taxes.
I’ll work to repeal government micro-management of our businesses and private lives. We all want sustainable climate and energy policy that is scientifically sound. Let’s do what’s right for our people, not special interests.
We can restore public safety by allowing our law enforcement system to do its job. Let our police officers and courts enforce existing law. We do not need further encroachment on our freedom with regulations that only law-abiding citizens and businesses will follow.
